Reception Refurbishment - Deeside

To knock through, extend and fully refurbish a reception and office area

Due to limited admin and waiting area space to a factory reception area, Eden Construction was contracted to open up the existing ground floor reception area though to an existing office space, to extend and form an open plan, modern and clean workspace. To consist of a new reception / waiting area and a private office space.

The project included the following works:

• The demolition of a structural supporting wall and installation of a heavy duty steal beam
• Removal of existing flooring, suspended ceilings, blocking up of existing doorways and leveling of existing floor slab
• Installation of new sound proof fire wall, complete with new doorways and timberwork
• Supply and lay of new ceramic floor tiling
• Installation of new suspended ceiling grid and tiles
• Decoration throughout of walls and all timberwork
• Removal of existing reception counter, offsite refurbishment and re-install onsite in new location
