New Factory Laboratory

Forming a New  Factory Laboratory - Runcorn

A contract to refurb a working area to form a Factory Laboratory, complete with hygenic worktop, flooring and laboratory taps.

The project included the following works:

• To remove existing defective vinyl flooring and dispose offsite
• Remove damaged plasterboard and timberwork
• Install new plasterboard and skim
• Supply and install new latex floor screed and hygenic polysafe flooring
• Install new kitchen units, complete with worktop, sink and laboratory taps
• Install new tiled splash back, and decorate room throughout
• Install new hygenic ceiling tiles and LED ceiling light units
