To Extend the Rear Elevation of Factory

Due to an increase in production, additional factory space was required. We were contracted to extend the factory, to the rear gable end. A full turn key project, from carrying out the design work to erecting the steelwork and cladding.

The works involved:

• Planning and design work
• Drainage and groundworks
• Supply and installation of steelwork
• Supply and installation of roof and wall cladding
• Installation of new fire doors
• Forming new internal concrete slab including powerfloating and sealing
• Removal of existing gable end
• Surfacing around new extension
