Concrete Base for Air System - Wrexham

To form a concrete plinth to house a new air system 

This project was part of a new air system, designed for industrial use which required a concrete plinth to be formed as a base for all the mechanical equipment required.

Following the strutural engineers design and drawings, we carried out the following works:

• Excavate and cartaway of existing ground
• Supply and lay of MOT Type 1 hardcore, and compacting as required
• Supply and erect timber formwork
• Supply and lay steel reinforcement
• Supply and pour structural concrete
• Backfill and make good around newly formed base
